Time to share another fitness routine I discovered. I am all for quick and effective fitness videos that seem convenient to a busy mom like me. This one only takes ONLY 13 Minutes to burn and sculp the abs.

I woke up today, and yeah you know it— Sore to the Core!

Try this mommies, believe me it’s Β just so easy and the results after you can feel it. I do this while my little one is playing in the bath tub while I work out next to the bathroom door. Β Haha!
